Our Story

Homes Industries is an award winning agro-processing company based in Karonga, Malawi. The wholly Malawian owned Private Company was established in 2015 but formally registered on 3rd May, 2016 under the Malawi government companies Act.1984 (cap.46:03 Laws of Malawi).

Homes Industries is the leading manufacturer of branded Sunflower cooking oil, maize flour and peanut flour (Nsinjiro) in Karonga. We also package Green-grams as well as Brown and White rice.

We are currently working with over five thousand smallholder farmers(70% women and youths) in out-grower setting. We provide them with various inputs like seed fertilizers and capacity building to enable them meet their needs through farming.
